Description:  A cornerstone of Bellcore's recruiting strategy is the Summer Enrichment Program (SEP).  SEP focuses on attracting Latino and African-American students. The number (50 - 60) is kept small to ensure challenging job assignments.  The program runs 6/1 - 8/13, round trip transportation to New Jersey, as well as housing and transportation to and from work are available. Salaries are based on the years of school completed.
