scholarships goes unused because students miss deadlines or fail to apply at
all.

San Francisco, CA etc.
"Its about
empowering parents and students who lack information and resources to prepare
for college. The challenge is to help students to make appropriate study habit
adjustments, while they are still in middle school and high school. College
students need an academic plan that will help them to overcome procrastination
and poor study habits."
